Steph
Steph has worked with animals since studying her Cert II in Animal Studies in grade 10. After school she studied Animal Welfare and Inspection at UQ, and has since spent most of her career working at animal shelters, spending the last few years managing one of the shelters in Brisbane. During her time here she found a passion in neonate kitten care and helping the community, and she built up a foster base to help care for the homeless animals in Brisbane.
Steph runs a small non for profit animal rescue called Billie’s Mission Animal Rescue where she rehomes pets that have found themselves needing a new start, and has plenty of cats and kittens in foster homes looking for a new home.
In her spare time Steph likes to spend time with her greyhound, cats and human family. She is starting her Cert IV in vet nursing shortly and looks forward to meeting you and your furry family!
