Building a Vet Clinic on Nusa Penida

Kadek Widada is a first year out of vet school Veterinarian supplying the needs of the local community in a small island south of Bali.  He is the only local veterinarian in this remote island of Nusa Penida, and has limited resources to help his people and their animals. He services 3 very low average income islands: Nusa Ceningen, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. He provides medical and surgical skills for both large animals and small animal work, including desexing, calving, retained placenta, foreign body obstruction and vaccinations.
Often he is literally only paid in bananas and fish sometimes, whatever the farmer can afford. Drh Kadek is happy to help his people, but conditions are a bit wanting.
Kadek really needs a premise to set up a clinic. He has his eye on a property that he could build a house/clinic on but it will cost $20k. This is impossible to raise this sort of money on his low income a a new graduate veterinary surgeon in the economy he is working in, and he also is helping to fund his younger brother's University education.
